Told your labs are normal?

Normal is a range. It is not a verdict on how you feel.

Perimenopause can start in your late 30s. For a lot of women sleep breaks first. Then comes the anxiety out of nowhere, the heavier periods, the word you lose halfway through a sentence at work.

And too often the workup is a single FSH drawn on a random day, read as normal and filed away.

But hormones in your 40s swing day to day. One number on the wrong day tells you very little. This list shows you what a complete picture looks like, so you walk into any appointment knowing exactly what to ask for.
